2 lbs of thin sliced sirlion steak
1 cup of vinegar
1 tsp of cinnamon
1 tsp sweet pepper
1 tsp of nutmeg
1 pinch of cardamon (hab hal)
1 tbsp of mashed garlic
salt to taste
Marinate the meat ovenight in the spices, garlic and vinegar. Fry the meat in a little bit of oil until half cooked, cut in thin stripes, and put in a baking tray. Cover with aluminium foil and put in the oven for about 20 minutes.
Uncover, and leave in the oven for 10 more minutes, then serve.
